JANUARY EXTENDED TRADE TERMS

All Sales in January are eligable for our 30 day extended trade terms.

Proforma Invoices or cash paid invoices have 30 days from date of invoice to make payment. Payment made after the 30 day period will receive a 5% additional charge for each day past the due date. 

Account Holders will have an additional 30 days from their due date to make payment. All payments received after the due date will receive a 5% additional charge for each day past the due date.

No rainchecks on items.

No holds on items.

All goods will be shipped to you within a 48 hour period of your order being placed. 

 

SALES & DISPATCH

All prices quoted are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax ('GST'). GST will be payable on the sale price and freight.

All orders are subject to freight unless prior negotiations have been made. Freight is calculated on the size of the consignment, weight or cubic measurement, whichever is greater.

We use a range of couriers including Toll, TNT, Hunter Express, EGO Couriers, Couriers Please, Australia Post and removalists to dispatch our products and ensure they arrive on time and in good order.

Dispatch time of orders is approximately 2 working days from receipt of the order. This may vary depending on the availability of the products ordered. Should you have a special request we will do our best to arrange this for you.

Delivery of goods from our warehouse may vary between 1 – 5 days depending on the location with Australia.

RETURNS AND CREDITS

All goods purchased from Just Oz and Moroccan Collections. may only be returned or claimed if found to be damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Notification of all claim must be advised within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.

We do not exchange or refund for incorrect choice.

PAYMENT

All first orders are made on a proforma basis and following orders can be dispatched on a 30-day account with the completion of a credit application..

All orders dispatched on account must be paid for within 30 days from date of invoice. 

Ownership of all goods sold will remain with Just Oz and Moroccan Collections and shall not pass onto the purchaser until payment in full for the invoice has been received by Moroccan Collections.

    • To add an item to your order simply click the ADD TO CART button below each item, to add more of that item click the ADD TO CART button again. Your shopping cart will appear at the top of the screen once you start adding items to an order.

    • Click on the VIEW CART to edit quantities. or complete your order.

    • To finalise your order click "Submit Order". A copy of your order is them emailed to you for reference.
